Our new pay system (RRECS) expects carriers to process letters at 86 pieces per minute.

86ppm is fast. Fast fast. So fast, I can't do it.
So fast, I don't think anyone can do it.

So, Try Find Your Rate! from the menu to see how quickly you can move the mail. See if you are up to the 86 ppm standard.
